Therapist Barb Dible's hope is to identify the root cause of the issues that are causing her clients distress and to provide direction and support while they take positive steps toward healing and growth.
She focuses on providing a warm, empathetic, and safe environment for clients to explore these issues. Every client is unique, so Barb tailors the approach to each one from a variety of treatments, including cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic modalities.
Barb is experienced in treating a wide range of difficulties, including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, women’s issues, identity, self-esteem, and trauma.
